For your convenience, New-Mac can set up your account with a bank draft and the bank can make the payment for you directly from your checking or savings account. No longer will it be necessary to write and mail a check or make a special trip to New-Mac with your payment. We will still mail you a copy of your bill. You simply need to subtract the amount from your bank account.

Simply authorize your cooperative to debit your checking, savings and loan, or credit union account for the amount of your levelized billing. You will continue to receive an itemized bill each month, and the levelized billing amount will be withdrawn from your account the 30th of each month.

The only thing you'll need to do is fill out the Auto-Withdrawal Authorization form, sign it, and mail it along with a voided blank check or deposit slip. The rest is up to us.
