Managing your New-Mac Electric account online is simple, secure, and convenient. Through our online portal, members can pay bills, monitor usage trends, compare monthly energy use, review billing history, and access important account information anytime.
To get started, click the “Pay Online” button on the homepage of newmac.com. From the login screen, select the “New User” option to register your account.
To complete registration, you will need:
• Your account number
• Last name or business name listed on the account
• Last four digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security Number or the business Federal Tax ID
• Email address
Once registered, you will receive a temporary password from smarthub.coop to complete the setup process.
Want access on the go? Members can also download the free SmartHub app for their smartphone or mobile device. After registering online, you can use the SmartHub app to securely access account information, track usage, receive notifications, and pay your bill anytime, anywhere.

Paying your electric bill is simple and convenient with New-Mac Electric’s automated phone payment system, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Members can call (844) 971-1078 anytime to check account balances or make secure credit card, debit card, or check payments through our automated system. The service is free to use and designed to make managing your account quick and easy.
Returning users can also save information to help streamline future payments and account access.
